We seek motivated individuals with strong critical thinking, communication, and independent work skills. Experience in blood banking is preferred. Responsibilities include performing routine and complex quality control testing on blood and blood components, as well as high-level evaluation, review, and interpretation of test results. Candidates must be able to perform with minimal supervision, be proficient in computerized data entry and retrieval functions, and communicate effectively across departments.
