Join us and be part of something extraordinary.</p><p>We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Director, Client Processing, to join our Fund/Client Accounting team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL. 4 day in office required. </p><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><strong><u>In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:</u></strong></li><li>Direct multiple Fund Accounting teams responsible for conducting accounting services for a broad array of assigned clients, including determining net asset values, calculating fund performance, allocating expenses, and preparing reports.</li><li>Manage financial and human resources for the unit and ensure assigned teams are operating effectively to meet unit goals and objectives.</li><li>Direct processes and allocate resources in determining the net asset value (NAV) for assigned funds in multiple sectors for each measurement cycle.</li><li>Manage relationships with a broad set of clients and resolve any unique escalated issues related to fund calculations and accounting.</li></ul><p><strong><u>To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:</u></strong></p><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li>Bachelor’s degree in accounting or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.</li><li>5-7 years of total work experience and at least 1-3 years in management preferred.</li><li>Big 4 accounting firm experience preferred.</li><li>Experience evaluating GAAP and/or IFRS rules and supporting implementation of new policies to meet preferred regulatory requirements.</li><li>People Leadership experience. </li></ul><p>At BNY, our culture allows us to run our company better and enables employees’ growth and success.
