In this role, you will lead portions of the day in Mandarin, introducing young learners to the language through songs, storytelling, and daily interactions. You will work collaboratively with your partner teacher to ensure the successful operation of the classroom while fostering a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment. You will use both English and Mandarin to naturally integrate language exposure into everyday routines and activities. Teachers create their own lesson plans using a provided curriculum as a guide. In early preschool, the day includes a balance of structured activities and open/free play, with Mandarin naturally integrated into both.
