The Energy Management Efficiency Synthesis Design Manager is responsible for leading the integration, synthesis, and delivery of Energy Management simulation and validation activities across vehicle programs. This role combines program integration with simulation to ensure vehicles meet Fuel Economy, EV Range, Performance, and Capability targets. The manager leads a team of engineers and oversees cross-functional execution. <ul> <li style="margin-left: .25in;">Lead vehicle-level Energy Management performance (Fuel Economy, EV range, Longitudinal Performance, Capability)</li> <li style="margin-left: .25in;">Own program status, risk management, and executive reporting in coordination with EMAT PPL.</li> <li style="margin-left: .25in;">Lead cross-functional trade-offs balancing efficiency, performance, and compliance.
