Join us and be part of something extraordinary.</p><p> </p><p>We’re seeking a future team member for the role of <strong>Exchange Traded Funds </strong>- <strong>Vice President, Fund/Client Accounting, </strong>to join our <strong>Fund and IS Client Ops</strong> team. This role is located in <strong>Lake Mary, FL.</strong></p><p> </p><p><strong>In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:</strong></p><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li>Conduct accounting services for assigned clients and complex funds, including determining net asset values (NAVs), calculating fund performance, allocating expenses, and preparing reports.</li><li>Lead and guide junior team members for assigned clients or funds; perform specialist review functions and provide input into methodologies, driving service improvement plans and process efficiencies.</li><li>Provide guidance and review work related to cash and asset reconciliations for complex accounts or transactions; resolve reconciliations for the most complex or atypical transactions and review junior team members’ work.</li><li>Draft and structure client reports on the performance of highly complex funds; regularly interact with clients to answer questions and resolve multifaceted issues regarding fund reports and accounting processes.</li><li>Evaluate GAAP and/or IFRS rules to assess the impact of new regulations on BNY Mellon fund accounting practices.</li><li>Contribute to the achievement of related team objectives; may be tasked with Team Lead responsibilities and provide guidance to less experienced team members.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:</strong></p><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li>Bachelor’s degree in accounting or an equivalent combination of education and experience.</li><li>7–10 years of total work experience preferred.</li><li>Experience with a Big 4 accounting firm preferred.</li><li>Strong knowledge of GAAP and/or IFRS, with the ability to evaluate regulatory impacts on fund accounting practices.</li><li>People leadership: No direct reports; provides guidance to less experienced team members and may have Team Lead responsibilities in some geographies.</li></ul><p> </p><p>At BNY, our culture speaks for itself, check out the latest BNY news at:</p><p>BNY Newsroom</p><p>BNY LinkedIn</p><p> </p><p>Here’s a few of our recent awards:</p><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li>America’s Most Innovative Companies, Fortune, 2025</li><li>World’s Most Admired Companies, Fortune 2025</li><li>“Most Just Companies”, Just Capital and CNBC, 2025</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Our Benefits and Rewards:</strong></p><p>BNY offers highly competitive compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs rooted in a strong culture of excellence and our pay-for-performance philosophy.
