Role Overview: Sodexo is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead food service operations across two hospital campuses at Piedmont Macon in Macon, Georgia. This role serves as the senior on-site leader, responsible for driving operational excellence, team leadership, and financial performance in a healthcare environment. This individual will act as Director of Food & Nutritional Services responsible for meal delivery of 700 daily patient meals at two sites. The main campus consists of 280 bed acute care facility. This position will oversee over 60 Sodexo employees and 11 management positions between two locations.
