will:</strong></p><ul><li>Replace aging or malfunctioning HVAC equipment, including furnaces, heat pumps, and central air conditioning systems</li><li>Complete full residential HVAC system installations in compliance with manufacturer guidelines and local codes</li><li>Take the lead on HVAC installation projects while guiding and supporting an assigned helper or junior installer</li><li>Perform system startups, verify proper operation, and diagnose any issues to ensure optimal performance</li><li>Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and inspection requirements</li><li>Provide a professional customer experience while keeping work areas clean and organized throughout each job</li></ul><p style="margin: 0px;">This is a
