style="margin:0in;font-family:Arial;font-size:10pt;">Performs routine and extensive preventative maintenance and repair procedures on electrical and mechanical systems involving production equipment style="font-family:Arial;font-size:10pt;">Ensure production machinery functions correctly and efficiently.</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;vertical-align:middle;"><span style="font-family:Arial;font-size:10pt;">Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic, electrical, hydraulic, compressor, and vacuum systems.</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;vertical-align:middle;"><span style="font-family:Arial;font-size:10pt;">Work on motors, conveyors, AC/DC, and PLC troubleshooting.</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;vertical-align:middle;"><span style="font-family:Arial;font-size:10pt;">Will work with steam and boiler controls, and mechanical power drives.</span></li> <li extensive troubleshooting experience.</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;vertical-align:middle;"><span style="font-family:Arial;font-size:10pt;">Experience with Troubleshooting in a Production/Manufacturing Environment.</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;vertical-align:middle;"><span style="font-family:Arial;font-size:10pt;">Operational knowledge of automated industrial machinery including motors, servos, pumps, drives, relays, 3 phase power, communication devices, industrial / electronic controls and power transmission systems.</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;vertical-align:middle;"><span style="font-family:Arial;font-size:10pt;">Ability to install and set up both A/C and D/C drives.</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;vertical-align:middle;"><span style="font-family:Arial;font-size:10pt;">Able to install and troubleshoot basic 3 phase motor control circuits.</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;vertical-align:middle;"><span style="font-family:Arial;font-size:10pt;">Knowledge of the various types of sensors and limit switches.</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;vertical-align:middle;"><span style="font-family:Arial;font-size:10pt;">A good understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;vertical-align:middle;"><span style="font-family:Arial;font-size:10pt;">PLC troubleshooting and problem-solving ability preferred.</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;vertical-align:middle;"><span style="font-family:Arial;font-size:10pt;">Must be able to read and interpret both electrical and mechanical drawings.</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;vertical-align:middle;"><span style="font-family:Arial;font-size:10pt;">Must be fully computer literate with Microsoft environment.</span></li> <li
