<ul>
<li><span style="font-size: 11pt;">A bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred) in a field of study in or related to History</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 11pt;">A minimum of two years of teaching and training experience at the middle, high school or college level. </span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Excellent oral and written communication skills, and experience teaching the craft of writing and research within the discipline</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 11pt;">A readiness to explore innovative teaching strategies and formats. Capability to implement differentiated learning and instruction as needed.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Eager to foster supportive relationships with students in and out of the classroom.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 11pt;">A commitment to actively and collaboratively engage with colleagues in curriculum development and alignment.</span></li>
