You can find opportunities to grow your career through meaningful work, leading with a servant heart, professional development, and a great team to support you! </span></p><p style="text-align: center;"> </p><p style="margin: 0px; text-align: center;"><iframe style="width: 855px; height: 481px;" title="DayInTheLifeOfNurse(D2)" src="https://player.vimeo.com/video/1022603285?h=5eb33f3fb8&title=0&byline=0&portrait=0&badge=0&autopause=0&player_id=0&app_id=58479" frameborder="0"></iframe></p><p> </p> How you Will make a Difference: <ul><li>Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration, wound care, and skilled nursing procedures.</li><li>Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and ensure comfort, dignity, and safety at all times.</li><li>Supervise and direct nursing assistants and medication aides during the assigned shift in accordance with facility policies and regulations, as applicable.</li><li>Monitor and observe residents’ physical and emotional status; notify the attending physician and responsible party of any change in condition.</li><li>Develop, implement, and review individualized resident care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.</li><li>Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation per facility policy and procedure.</li><li>Coordinate resident admissions, transfers, and discharges according to established procedures.</li><li>Participate in quality assurance activities, staff education, and regulatory surveys as needed.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing or designee.</li></ul><p style="margin: 0px;"> </p> What you Need to make a Difference: <ul><li>Current, active LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.</li><li>CPR/BLS certification preferred (American Heart Association or American Red Cross).</li><li>Minimum one (1) year of clinical nursing experience; long-term care experience, preferred.</li><li>Experience in a supervisory or charge nurse role, preferred.</li><li>Strong clinical observation, medication administration, and documentation skills.</li><li>Knowledge of Federal and State long-term care regulations.</li><li>Effective verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and exercise sound clinical judgment.</li><li>Experience in a supervisory or charge nurse role.</li><li>Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.</li></ul> Our exceptional Benefits Package and Signature Perks include the following and more!
