Nursing Supervisor Night (Part-Time) - $12,000 Sign-On Bonus

<p>Located along a scenic waterfront property in Brooklyn, NY, our Centers for Rehabilitation and Nursing Care has earned a reputation for providing quality and compassionate care delivered through programs and services that support individuals needing short-stay or long-term inpatient care.</p><div><p>• Oversee and manage clinical care and emergency responses</p><p>• Provide supervision during a specific shift to all Nursing Staff to assure quality of care <br>• Monitor productivity throughout the year and participate in annual budget preparation<br>• Evaluate new admissions and ensure company compliance <br>• Ensure for the control of medication as per policy and procedure<br>• Ensure appropriate staffing and resources to support departmental needs<br>• Interview and participate in the selection process for qualified staff <br>• Review and perform staff allocations for all nursing personnel on assigned units<br>• Manage performance of direct and indirect reports  <br>• Participate in new hire orientation, coaching, training and ongoing development<br>• Communicate resident clinical events or changes<br>• Respond to any patient, resident family concerns, issues or complaints<br>• Perform unit rounds at the beginning and end of shifts  <br>• Investigate and resolve issues and notify appropriate management as needed<br>• Gather necessary documentation for NYS DOH and internal investigations</p></div><div><p>• NYS RN License</p><p>• 2 or more years of Longterm care experience in a leadership role from a skilled nursing home facility is preferred</p></div>
