font-size: 12pt;"><strong><u>Position Summary</u></strong></span></p><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;">In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the residents with activities of daily living, medication reminders, and social and spiritual pursuits to the best of their abilities while promoting their dignity, independence, self-determination, privacy, choice, and rights.</span></p><p style="margin: 0px;"> </p><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;"><strong><u>Essential Functions, Key Duties, & Responsibilities</u></strong></span></p><ul><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;">Assist the residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting) and medication reminders. </span></li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;">Identify residents’ physical and cognitive changes, making appropriate follow-up decisions, documentation, and communication to appropriate associates.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;">Assist the residents with leisure time programming, including escorting them to and from activities.</span></li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;">Assist with dining services and general housekeeping duties as needed.</span></li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;">Perform other duties as assigned.</span></li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva;
