What You'll Do: <ul style="margin-top: 0in;"><li>Lead and mentor frontline teams, ensuring accurate cash handling, operational excellence, and proper opening and closing procedures</li><li>Train, implement, and oversee HACCP food safety programs, Sodexo initiatives, and daily operational standards</li><li>Conduct retail brand standard audits for both in-house and national brand concepts</li><li>Ensure consistent execution and integrity of all branded retail concepts</li><li>Manage daily retail food service operations, including opening and closing responsibilities</li><li>Ensure all required signage, including digital signage, is accurate, current, and properly displayed</li><li>Manage vendor relationships while ensuring compliance with contractual and operational standards</li><li>Maintain merchandising, marketing, and product ordering standards across all retail locations</li></ul> What We Offer: Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
