<b> <b>Job Description</b> </b><br><br><b>Saint Luke's East is looking for a Clinical Coordinator to join the team!</b><br><br><b> This position will support CVRU, Medical Specialty & Intermediate Float Pool. </b><br><br><b> Schedule: 8a-5p | Monday-Friday </b><br><br><b>Candidates must possess: BSN, BLS Certification and a MO RN license.</b><br><br>Main Duties of this role include:<br><ul><li>Onboarding RN's and NA's</li><li>Assists the Clinical Nurse Manager in supervising planning,organizing, directing, and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the unit</li><li>Serves as a positive, professional role model exhibiting clinical leadership, independent judgement, and decision-making skills</li><li>The Clinical Coordinator acts as a resource for the staff in maintaining departmental records,scheduling staff development and other special projects</li><li>Serves as a clinical resource and change agent for staff in the promotion and support of the professional practice environment</li><li>Developing, promoting, and providing follow up on patient care and quality initiatives</li></ul>Candidates with previous leadership experience in a healthcare setting are encouraged to apply.<br><br><b> <b>Job Requirements</b> </b><br><br>Applicable Experience:<br>1 year<br><br>Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross, Registered Nurse - Various<br><br>Bachelor's Degree<br><br><b> <b>Job Details</b> </b><br>Full Time<br><br>Day (United States of America)<br><br><b> The best place to get care.
