<br><strong>NP/PA - Family Medicine (In-Clinic Acute Care Telehealth) </strong><br>Join a dynamic healthcare team as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant specializing in Family Medicine within a cutting-edge telehealth environment. You will conduct full assessments, diagnose, treat, and coordinate care for acute conditions, all within a supportive team environment. The position offers a stable schedule with 8-hour day shifts, no night or weekend call, and the chance to work in a fast-paced, patient-centered setting that values your skills and dedication.<br><strong>Required Skills: </strong><br><ul><li>Minimum 1 year of experience in an Urgent Care setting or similar fast-paced environment </li><li>Board Certified NP or PA with active and unrestricted California license </li><li>Bilingual in Spanish, capable of conducting full assessments without an interpreter </li><li>Proficiency in family medicine and telemedicine practices </li><li>Current BLS, ACLS, and DEA certifications </li><li>Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills </li> </ul><br><strong>Nice to Have Skills: </strong><br><ul><li>Experience with acute care or primary care telehealth services </li><li>Additional language skills beyond Spanish </li><li>Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems </li><li>Prior experience working with diverse patient populations </li> </ul><br><strong>Preferred Education and Experience: </strong><br><ul><li>Master s degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program </li><li>At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience in urgent or family medicine </li><li>Certification in family medicine or urgent care specialties </li> </ul><br><strong>Other Requirements: </strong><br><ul><li>Valid California NP or PA license and DEA registration </li><li>Ability to work independently in a telehealth setting </li><li>Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development </li><li>No travel required for this position </li> </ul><br>Compensation for this role ranges from $80.00 to $85.00 per hour, including a comprehensive benefits package, weekly pay via direct deposit, and additional perks such as CME stipends, paid time off, malpractice coverage, and licensure/certification reimbursements.
