<b> Nurse Practitioner - Neonatology (NNP) ( Sign-on Bonus Relocation assistance) </b><br><b>Location </b>: Dallas, TX<br><b>Position Type </b>: Full-Time, Permanent<br><b>Start Date: </b> Quick start highly preferred<br><b>Hourly Pay Range: </b> $60.70 $82.79 (based on experience and training)<br><b>Position Summary: </b><br>actively seeking Board-Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs) to join its high-acuity Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) team. This position offers the opportunity to provide advanced care for neonates in a dynamic and collaborative hospital environment.<br><b>Key Responsibilities:<br></b> <ul><li>Manage 8 10 NICU patients per day shift and per night shift<br></li><li>Perform neonatal procedures and attend high-risk deliveries<br></li><li>Conduct inpatient rounds and document in EPIC EMR system<br></li><li>Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including NNPs, Residents, Fellows, and Neonatologists<br></li><li>Provide coverage during night shifts and meet 72 weekend hours per 6-week schedule<b><br></b> </li> </ul> <br><b>Qualifications: </b><br><b>Required: </b><br><ul><li>Board Certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP)<br></li><li>Active Texas APRN license (or willingness to obtain)<br></li><li>BLS and NRP certifications (or willingness to obtain)<br></li><li>Minimum 3+ years Level 3 or Level 4 NICU experience (as RN or NP)<br></li><li>Clean license and malpractice history<br></li><li>Must be COVID-19 vaccinated<br></li><li>Reside within 1.5 hours of facility (relocation support available if over 100 miles away)<br></li><li>Not open to locums, 1099, or visa candidates<br></li> </ul> <br><b>Preferred: </b><br><ul><li>Ability to start quickly<br></li><li>NPs in Family, Adult, Pediatric, PMHNP, or Women s Health specialties with NICU experience may also be considered<br></li> </ul> <b>Compensation and Benefits: </b><br><ul><li>$10,000 Sign-on Bonus<br></li><li>Relocation assistance (if >100 miles from Dallas)<br></li><li>Full benefits package, including:<br></li><li>Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance<br></li><li>Life and Disability Insurance<br></li><li>Flexible Spending Accounts<br></li><li>Paid Time Off & Holiday Pay </li> </ul>
