<p><strong>BASS Medical Group Walnut Creek, CA (San Francisco Bay Area) </strong> </p><p> The Gregory Rhodes, MD Cancer Center is a highly collaborative, state-of-the-art facility seeking a dedicated <strong>Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant </strong> to join our <strong>Medical Oncology </strong> team. We pride ourselves on a supportive, open culture where Advanced Practice Providers are highly respected and supported, allowing us to provide academic-level, comprehensive cancer care within the agile framework of a private practice. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Quick Look: </strong> </p><ul><li><strong>Schedule: </strong> Full-Time Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Enjoy an outstanding work-life balance with absolutely no evening, weekend, or on-call requirements. </li><li><strong>State-of-the-Art Facility: </strong> Practice in a beautiful, cutting-edge cancer center (opened in 2022) fully equipped with a 12-chair infusion suite, in-house imaging (PET/CT/MRI), and an innovative clinical trial division. </li><li><strong>Location: </strong> Outpatient clinic in Walnut Creek, CA. </li> </ul><p><strong>Practice Overview: </strong> </p><ul><li><strong>Broad Scope of Care: </strong> The incoming advanced practitioner will split time between our medical oncology clinic and our infusion center, which supports a number of our specialties including oncology, gastroenterology, neurology, rheumatology, and more. </li><li><strong>Clinical Duties: </strong> Day-to-day responsibilities include shadowing the oncologist, triaging acute symptoms post-infusion, managing follow-ups, and providing infusion education. (Opportunities to learn and perform biopsies are available for interested candidates). </li><li><strong>Unmatched Support: </strong> Join a multidisciplinary team of oncologists, specialists, and advanced practitioners supported by a robust staff of infusion nurses, navigators, and medical assistants ensuring high-quality care and operational efficiency. </li><li><strong>Compensation & Benefits: </strong><em>The salary range for this role is $143,000 to $187,000 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits.
