<strong>Position Overview </strong><br>We are seeking an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well-established medical aesthetics and wellness practice. This role combines cosmetic injectables with medical weight loss and hormone therapy in a patient-focused, fast-paced environment.<br><strong>Key Responsibilities </strong><br>Perform aesthetic procedures including Botox, Dysport, Juvéderm, Restylane, and other dermal fillers<br>Assess patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans<br>Provide consultations for medical weight loss, hormone therapy, PRP, and regenerative treatments<br>Conduct patient evaluations, order and interpret labs, and monitor treatment progress<br>Deliver wellness counseling, including lifestyle, supplements, and preventive care<br>Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in EMR systems<br>Collaborate with supervising physicians and clinical team<br>Ensure a safe, professional, and high-quality patient experience<br><strong>Qualifications </strong><br>Active, unrestricted NP or PA license (Texas)<br>2 3+ years of hands-on experience in cosmetic injectables (Botox, fillers, etc.)<br>Experience in medical aesthetics practice required<br>Valid DEA license<br>Master s degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies<br>Experience in medical weight loss and hormone therapy (pellets preferred) is a plus<br>Strong communication and patient engagement skills<br><strong>Compensation & Benefits </strong><br>Competitive base pay + commission structure<br>Paid time off + holidays<br>Medical, dental, vision insurance<br>401(k) plan<br>Employee discounts & complimentary services<br>Tuition reimbursement<br>Company bonus incentives<br>
