to patient homes and related sites using a personal or rental vehicle in accordance with company travel policies</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10px;">Provide safe and compliant infusion services in accordance with Optum Infusion Pharmacy policies, protocols, and physician orders</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10px;">Establish and maintain positive therapeutic relationships with patients and caregivers, including education on self-care and self-administration</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10px;">Assess patient suitability for home infusion therapy, including home safety, caregiver support, and patient independence</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10px;">Obtain and maintain accurate patient medical histories, clinical assessments, and all required documentation, including plans of care, visit notes, medication profiles, and discharge summaries</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10px;">Deliver skilled nursing care across a range of patient ages and conditions based on physician orders and treatment plans</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10px;">Establish, access, and maintain vascular devices, including peripheral IVs, PICC lines, tunneled catheters, and implanted ports</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10px;">Administer medications and monitor patient responses, including managing infusion reactions, vital signs, side effects, and lab collection</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10px;">Communicate patient status and therapy response promptly with physicians, pharmacists, supervisors, and other care team members</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10px;">Assist in staff orientation and training, serving as a clinical educator and resource as (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10px;">Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Rhode Island or willing to obtain in first 6 months (paid by business)</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10px;">Current BLS/CPR certification from AHA or Red Cross or willingness to obtain prior to start</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10px;">1+ years of RN experience in a clinical setting supporting infusion or IV therapy (e.g., ICU, Med Surg, ED, PACU)</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10px;">Proven ability to work independently with solid clinical judgment and effective interdisciplinary collaboration skills</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10px;">Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to cover an 80 mile service radius while working an average of 20 hours per week</span></li></ul><p><span style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10px;"><strong>Preferred
