General Manager

<div><p>We are partnering with a rapidly growing installed building products company who is looking for a General Manager to oversee one or two branch operations (Columbia and/or Greenville). This person will lead the financial performance, operations, subcontractor network, and customer relationships for a growing business primarily serving production homebuilders. This role offers significant autonomy with great opportunity to grow as the company expands.</p><h3>What You Will Be Doing</h3><ul><li>Lead the overall operations and financial performance of one or two branch locations.</li><li>Manage branch P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and operational KPIs.</li><li>Develop and maintain relationships with production homebuilders, contractors, and key customers.</li><li>Oversee scheduling, capacity planning, and quality of a large subcontractor network.</li><li>Recruit, coach, and develop office and field leadership while fostering a high-performance culture.</li><li>Drive branch growth through operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and process improvements.</li><li>Partner with corporate leadership on strategic initiatives, staffing, and business planning.</li></ul><h3>What You Bring</h3><ul><li>Prior experience leading a branch, business unit, or operational facility with full P&L responsibility.</li><li>Experience managing high-volume construction or service operations utilizing subcontractors.</li><li>Strong financial acumen with responsibility for budgets, forecasting, and operational performance.</li><li>Proven ability to lead teams, improve processes, and develop employees.</li><li>Residential production building experience preferred; commercial construction or specialty contractor leadership also considered.</li><li>Experience overseeing approximately $8M-$20M+ in annual revenue or similarly complex operations is preferred.</li></ul></div> #J-18808-Ljbffr
