<p>Position Overview</p>
<p>We have an opportunity for a 1.0 FTE advanced practice provider (ARNP or PA‑C) in our Urology department at our Downtown location. <h3>Aspects Of The Advanced Practitioner Role</h3>
<ul>
<li>Outpatient General Urology clinic at the Downtown location as well as surgical first assist.</li>
<li>Schedule: We partner with you to develop a schedule that accommodates your needs as much as possible, while also considering access and patient care needs. There is currently no call for this position.</li>
<li>Experience: Advanced Practitioner experience and/or Urology experience or exposure is a plus, but not a requirement.</li>
<li>Learning opportunities: The team has a teaching culture and is a conducive environment for providers newly out of school and/or new to the field of Urology. A training and mentorship program is in place to help guide new providers to Virginia Mason and support them for long‑term success.</li>

<h3>Qualifications</h3>
<h3>Job Requirements – Nurse Practitioner</h3>
<ul>
<li>Washington State Registered Nurse License and an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner License are required.</li>
<li>Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) and National Provider Identifier (NPI) numbers may be required depending on the position, as well as prescriptive authority.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Job Requirements – Physician Assistant</h3>
<ul>
<li>This position requires Certification as a Physician Assistant with prescriptive authority in the State of Washington.</li>
<li>Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) and National Provider Identifier (NPI) numbers may be required depending on the position, as well as prescriptive authority.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Pay Range</h3>
<p>$155,000 – $187,700 /year</p>
