What they’re looking for:

A sharp, fast‑thinking electrical engineer who enjoys solving complex motion‑control problems

Someone naturally curious about how systems work and excited to build hardware from the ground up

Solid experience designing motor‑control electronics end‑to‑end — from schematics and layout to prototyping and validation

Strong understanding of power stages, switching devices, and precision sensing needed for advanced control algorithms

Skilled in high‑frequency layout, noise mitigation, and thermal considerations for compact power systems
