Only certification cards issued by ARC and AHA are acceptable proofs of certification and the following active certifications are required upon hire:</li><li>BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care</li><li>ACLS certification through AHA</li><li>PALS certification through AHA</li></ul>Preferred Job Requirements: <ul><li>Experience with patient safety best practices</li></ul>Rate of pay is determined based on experience and education and may include other pay components such as differentials and call pay based on role.
