This lovely 228-unit community is conveniently located, with easy access from I75 and I275, close to shopping and retaurants,</strong></p><p><br></p><p><em><strong>Assistant Community Manager</strong></em><strong> candidates must possess an outgoing personality, above average organizational skills and the ability to work as part of a team.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>The job description(s) include but are not limited to the following:</strong></p><p><strong>Showing apartments to qualified prospects; selling features and benefits of the community and closing to qualified candidates.</strong></p><p><strong>Assists Community Manager with rent collection, breakdown sheets and timely bank deposits. Responsible for daily traffic logs, traffic reports and monthly market surveys.</strong></p><p><strong>Processing rental applications and related rental paperwork. Coordinates move-in of new residents and conducts resident orientation.</strong></p><p><strong>Responds to resident requests, including maintenance requests.
