<b>Business Development Director</b><p><b>Early Learning Ventures (ELV)</b><b>Location:</b> Englewood, CO (Hybrid 2 days in Office) <b>Travel:</b> 40-45% annually</p> About the Role <p>The Business Development Director leads ELV's national growth strategy - recruiting and closing new Alliance members and partnerships across our suite of technology-enabled child care services. This is a senior leadership role responsible for building high-value partnerships, managing a team of Business Development Managers, and serving as an executive spokesperson for ELV on the national stage.</p> What You'll Do <ul><li>Lead, coach, and manage a team of Business Development Managers, setting strategy and driving performance</li><li>Develop and execute a national sales and expansion strategy to win new memberships, re-engage lapsed members, and hit aggressive growth targets</li><li>Build and maintain executive-level partnerships with national organizations, government entities, and community agencies</li><li>Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts while overseeing team pipeline, contracting, onboarding, and member retention</li><li>Deliver executive-level presentations (in-person and virtual) and represent ELV at national conferences and industry events</li><li>Project-manage the rollout of new features across the ELV technology suite, coordinating cross-functional teams to drive member adoption</li><li>Oversee Salesforce administration, data analytics, and executive reporting - ROI, forecasting, and operational insights</li><li>Produce thought leadership (blogs, white papers, webinar series) to grow ELV's national visibility</li></ul> What You Bring <ul><li>Bachelor's degree required; MBA or related master's preferred</li><li>Progressive business development/sales experience with a proven record of exceeding revenue targets</li><li>Minimum 3-5 years managing sales or business development teams</li><li>Extensive Salesforce CRM experience plus strong data analytics and business intelligence skills</li><li>Executive presence and a track record of partnership development at the C-suite level</li><li>Experience designing and executing national market-expansion strategies</li><li>Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with Child Management Systems and GIS/market analysis tools a plus</li><li>Experience in the child care industry or education sector strongly preferred</li></ul> Compensation <ul><li><b>Salary:</b> $95,111-$97,500 annually</li></ul> What Does Early Learning Ventures Have to Offer You? <ul><li>Excellent benefits (medical, dental, & vision)</li><li>Company-paid life insurance</li><li>Company-paid Short-Term and Long-Term Insurance</li><li>401(k) with company match</li><li>Company-paid Employee Assistance Program</li><li>Paid vacation days</li><li>Paid personal days</li><li>Paid holidays</li><li>Sick days</li></ul><br><br><p><strong>Compensation details:</strong> 0 Yearly Salary</p><br><br><p>PI028bb01d5-</p>
