<p><b>Hourly Pay Range:</b></p>$43.69 - $67.72 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.<p></p><p></p><p>Registered Nurse House Operations Administrator </p><p></p><p><b>Position Highlights:</b></p><ul><li><p>Position: RN House Operations Administrator</p></li><li><p>Location: Evanston, IL</p></li><li><p>Part Time: 36 hours per week</p></li><li><p>Hours: Monday-Friday 1900-0730, rotating weekends every other and holidays</p></li><li><p>Required Travel: N/A</p></li></ul><p><br /><b>A Brief Overview:</b><br />We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Clinical Nurse Consultant. As a Clinical Nurse Consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing expert clinical guidance and leadership to enhance patient care outcomes, promote staff development, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.<br /><br /><b>What you will do:</b></p><ul><li><p>Serve as a clinical expert in a specific area of nursing practice, providing guidance and support to nursing staff.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with healthcare teams to assess and improve patient care protocols and practices.</p></li><li><p>Conduct educational sessions, workshops, and in-service training for nursing staff to enhance their clinical skills and knowledge.</p></li><li><p>Mentor and coach nurses to promote professional growth and excellence in patient care.</p></li><li><p>Participate in quality improvement initiatives, data analysis, and the development of evidence-based care protocols.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.</p></li><li><p>Ensure adherence to hospital policies, state and federal regulations, and accreditation standards.</p></li><li><p>Provide guidance on compliance issues and assist in regulatory audits and inspections.</p></li><li><p>Advocate for the highest quality of care for patients and families.</p></li><li><p>Address patient and family concerns and assist in resolving any issues related to care.</p></li><li><p>Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in nursing practice.</p></li><li><p>Assist in the implementation of evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes.</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of education sessions, quality improvement initiatives, and compliance efforts.</p></li><li><p>Generate reports and data analysis to track progress and outcomes.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What you will need:</b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelors Degree Nursing Required Or</p></li><li><p>Masters Degree Nursing Preferred</p></li><li><p>5+ Years of clinical nursing experience required - current inpatient medical /surgical, critical care strongly preferred</p></li><li><p>Registered Nurse (RN) - Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license. Required</p></li><li><p>BLS (AHA ) and ACLS required</p></li></ul>
