We prioritize work-life balance, innovation, and respect for your contributions. <br /><br /><strong>This is a full-time opportunity with a four-day workweek with flexible scheduling and no weekends or call. </strong><strong>Additionally, </strong><strong>we offer:</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive base salary</li><li>Comprehensive medical benefits package</li><li>224PTO plus 40Hrs of NJ Sick Time</li><li>CME allotment, including dedicated CME time off</li><li>Malpractice insurance with tail coverage</li><li>Access to 403b and 457b benefits, including non-elective contributions</li></ul><p><strong>Successful candidates should have the following:</strong></p><ul><li>Amaster's degree in nursing from an accredited school or as grandfathered by New Jersey law required.</li><li>Current licensure as a registered nurse in the state of New Jersey and certified by the State Board of Nursing.</li><li>Certification within area of specialty required and granted privileges from Atlantic City Medical Center medical staff. NRNNP, C or RNCNS, C registry unencumbered.</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of specialty as an RN in the state of New Jersey.</li><li>Proficiency in clinical applications preferred at time of hire.
