<b>Job Description & Requirements</b><br>Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)<br>StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 10 Pay Rate: $206.61 - $223.65 <br><br><p>This facility is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.</p><p><br></p><p>Details & requirements for this opportunity:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Available Shift Length and Scheduling Requirements: 4 days a week, 7:00am-5:00pm. no call, no weekends; Must offer full time.</li><li>Required Cases: Main OR, Women's, and Orthopedics; 30% orthopedics, 16% General, 14% Urology, 9% Neurology/spine, 8% Gynecology, 5% Cardiology, 5% Endoscopy/Gastric; Physicians will be doing epidurals only for Obstetrics--No spinals or blocks</li><li>Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Meditech/Medaxion</li><li>Care Team (and ratio) or Independent: Medical Direction</li><li>Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days</li><li>License required or willing to license: Active TN license required upon presentation</li></ul><br><br><b>Facility Location</b><br>Filled with Southern charm, scenic beauty, boot-scootin’ dance halls and country music at every turn, “Music City, USA” is always a fascinating destination.
