<p>Join a collegial team of CRNAs at a thriving community hospital just south of Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN: <br/>• Independent, autonomous CRNA model; practice at top of license<br/>• Full time pay for a 4-day Monday-Thursday work week<br/>• Level IV trauma, 4 ORs, ~2000 cases in 2024<br/>• Nicely varied case mix: lots of General Surgery and Ortho, plus ENT, Ophthalmology, ObGyn, Uro, Podiatry, etc. No heads/hearts/Peds<br/>• Exceptionally close-knit, collegial relationships between surgeons, CRNAs, nurses, techs, etc. There are no "power struggles" here.<br/><br/>Extremely competitive compensation: Base salary + call stipend = $330-350K+, with additional lucrative earnings available.<br/>• Full-time, part-time, & casual options available <br/>• Up to $80K+ signing incentives, training stipend & relocation support<br/>• All call is paid & is taken by beeper.
