On call 4:30pm-8:00am</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 9pt;">Dates Needed: September 21-25, 28; October 2, 12-16 19-23, 26-30; November 2-6, 16-20, 23-25, 27-30; December 1-4, 7-11, 21-24, 28-31</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 9pt;">Credentialing Timeframe: 60+ days </span></li><li><span style="font-size: 9pt;">Certifications Required: Must be Board Certified with Interventional Radiology Fellowship</span></li></ul><br><br><b>Facility Location</b><br>Kentucky’s largest city is identified by its plethora of parks and green space and its affinity for all things fun.
