<p>We are a Private Practice offering a rare partnership track opportunity. We remain autonomous and are in control of our schedules. Our practice is a 50/50 split of obstetrics and gynecologic patients. We offer personalized health care and you will have the unique opportunity to get to know the patients you are delivering. <br><br><strong>We offer:</strong></p><ul><li><p>4 weeks of vacation with an additional 2 days off /month</p></li><li><p>1:4 call, call is from home</p></li><li><p>We manage 4 pts on L&D on our busiest call days</p></li><li><p>ER call is just for our patients</p></li><li><p>4-4.5 day work week</p></li><li><p>Practice out of 1 hospital. Our office and hospital are 2 miles apart, with no office hours on hospital call days.</p></li></ul>
