This individual is responsible for evaluating and implementing evidence-based practice, education, and professional development, within the ED. They serve as a clinical resource for the ED Nursing staff for bedside care. In addition, they will focus on new graduate nurses development within the ED. Duties:<ol><li>Consistently exercises appropriate judgment and discretion in the provision of duties.</li><li>Provides leadership in assessing, providing, and evaluating education and practice needs.
