Functionally, these units house and care for patients who are preparing for or recovering from medical and surgical interventions. While you will have a “home unit”, we cross-train our nurses between the various specialties to provide a strong foundational knowledge of all types of patient conditions, comorbidities, procedures, etc. Whether you are a new grad nurse looking to build a strong base before launching into your future career/educational plans or an experienced nurse who enjoys variety in their everyday work, Med Surg is the place for you!<p></p><h1><span style=color:#005cb9><b>Position Details:</b></span></h1><p></p><p><b>SIGN ON BONUS AVAILABLE</b></p><p><b>10,000 Sign On Bonus for full-time RNs </b></p><p><b>with at least 1 year of experience</b></p><p><b>NO CONTRACT</b></p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li><p><b>Education</b><span>: Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).</span></p></li><li><p><b>Licensure</b><span>: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.</span></p></li><li><p><b>Certifications: </b><span>Must have American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or complete a course within probationary period.
