Job description
<p>Join a pioneering AI lab focused on enhancing healthcare reasoning through advanced models. As a Cardiology Expert, you will play a crucial role in designing clinical scenarios, evaluating AI outputs, and influencing the future of cardiovascular care. </p><strong>Key Responsibilities </strong><ul><li>Design clinically realistic prompts and scenarios based on your Cardiology practice, including ACS management, arrhythmia evaluation, heart failure optimization, structural heart decision-making, imaging interpretation, and guideline concordance. </li><li>Write "golden" reference responses that meet attending-level quality standards. </li><li>Grade AI-generated responses using structured rubrics. </li><li>Provide written feedback to the research team to enhance model performance. </li><li>Participate in onboarding office hours and specialty calibration sessions. </li> </ul><strong>Qualifications </strong><ul><li>Attending physicians: Must be board certified with a current, active, unrestricted medical license. </li><li>Resident physicians: Must be in the final year of residency (recent graduates must be board-eligible). </li><li>Fellows: Must be board-certified/board-eligible in primary specialty and have a current active, unrestricted medical license. </li> </ul><strong>Work Terms </strong><ul><li>Remote, 100% asynchronous. </li><li>Default commitment of 20 hours per week, with potential to increase after onboarding based on demand. </li><li>Paid weekly. </li><li>Start date: Rolling, following onboarding sign-off. </li><li>Ongoing engagement, reviewed monthly. </li> </ul><strong>Compensation </strong><p>Hourly rates range from $180 to $400, determined by seniority tier (early-career to senior attending). Specific rates will be confirmed in your offer. </p><strong>Before Your First Task </strong><p>Upon acceptance, you will receive an onboarding document and a calendar invite for Onboarding Office Hours. </p>
