Project Management Specialist for AI Training

<p>In this role, you will leverage your project management expertise to influence the training of next-generation AI systems. Your contributions will directly impact how AI models learn, reason, and perform by providing high-quality, real-world insights. No prior experience in AI is necessary; your domain knowledge is the key asset. </p><strong>Key Responsibilities: </strong><ul><li>Collaborate with AI development teams to provide expert insights on project planning, resource allocation, and risk management. </li><li>Develop and review AI training materials that reflect best practices across diverse industries. </li><li>Translate complex project management scenarios into clear, data-rich examples for AI model enhancement. </li><li>Guide technical staff and serve as a client-facing lead to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. </li><li>Articulate the nuances of effective team leadership, prioritization, and stakeholder communication for AI learning modules. </li><li>Advise on budgeting, timeline coordination, and adaptive techniques that enable AI models to support dynamic project environments. </li><li>Continuously evaluate and refine AI outputs to ensure relevance, accuracy, and practical value. </li> </ul><strong>Required Skills and Qualifications: </strong><ul><li>Proven experience in end-to-end project management across various industries and project scales. </li><li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to break down complex concepts. </li><li>Demonstrated success in team management and guiding cross-functional groups. </li><li>Strong organizational and analytical capabilities, including resource and budget management. </li><li>Expertise in risk assessment, mitigation, and adaptive planning in evolving project landscapes. </li><li>Experience interfacing directly with clients and leading collaborative engagements. </li><li>Passion for contributing to AI technologies and a capacity to translate human decision-making into AI training data. </li> </ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications: </strong><ul><li>Background in AI training, data annotation, or model development. </li><li>Certification in project management methodologies (PMP, Agile, PRINCE2, etc.). </li><li>Experience in technology-driven or remote project environments. </li> </ul><strong>Work Terms: </strong><p>Contract, 100% remote </p><strong>Compensation: </strong><p>$63 - $119 per hour </p><strong>Eligibility: </strong><p>Open to candidates located in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. </p>
