This includes assistance with supervision of all personnel of procedures, ordering of supplies and equipment, and managing the schedules. </p><p>Excellent organization and communication skills; able to work well in a fast-paced environment; able to handle multiple priorities at one time; able to supervise multiple areas. </p><p><strong>Education: </strong> </p><p>Required: Academic degree in nursing required (bachelor's or master's degree). Master's degree in Nursing or related field required (health administration, business, public health, or management). </p><p><strong>Experience: </strong> </p><p>Required: 2 years of progressive management experience in a hospital environment as a manager or full-time charge nurse/related position. </p><p><strong>Certifications: </strong> </p><p>Required: Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy.
