Coordinates, assists, and advice on a variety of meetings, seminars, services, and/or programs related to the overall Quality / Performance Improvement program. Coordinates hospital-wide performance improvement activities under the direction of the DCQI. </p><ul><li>Coordinating integration and management of the Quality / Performance Improvement Program with the guidance of the DCQI to meet regulatory requirements including Joint Commission and state statutes, to identify performance improvement opportunities to enhance the organization's outcomes.  </li><li>Carries out assignments as delegated by the DCQI, and coordinates reports, correspondence, and information as needed.  </li><li>Collaborates with the department directors to compile and generate reports for analysis and interpretation for the Quality / Performance Improvement department / Committee </li><li>Performs related duties as required </li> </ul><ul><li>Required:<ul><li>Education: Registered Professional Nurse (RN) with a bachelor’s degree or higher in a patient care-related field </li><li>Preferred Experience:  3 years of experience in QA/PI </li><li>Licensure/Certification: Must be currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in the state of practice, or policy. </li> </ul> </li> </ul> <ul><li>Preferred:<ul><li>Licensure/Certification: CPHQ or other certification in Healthcare Quality </li><li>Preferred Experience:  3 years of experience in QA/PI </li> </ul> </li> </ul> </p><p>Tenet Mass Job ID # .
