Areas are air conditioned and heated. </li><li>Frequent walking, standing, bending and lifting. </li><li>Fast paced environment with frequent interruptions. </li><li>PPE (Eyewear, Masks, Face shields, Shoe covers, and Gloves) as required by UHS Hospitals Infection Control policies. </li> </ul><p><b>Age of Patients Served </b> </p><ul><li>All Age Groups </li> </ul><p><b>HIPAA Roles-Based Access to Patient Information </b> </p><ul><li>All – Access to patient information, including restricted information – Level 4 </li> </ul> <p><b>Education/Experience </b> </p><p>Minimum Required: </p><ul><li>A graduate of an accredited school of Nursing </li><li>Three (3) years of progressive Nursing experience. </li> </ul><p>Preferred: </p><ul><li>Bachelor’s of Science degree in Nursing </li><li>Previous supervisory experience in a hospital setting </li> </ul><p><br /><b><b>License/Certification </b> </b> </p><p>Minimum Required: </p><ul><li>Current New York State Registered Nurse License </li><li>CPR within 3 months of hire </li> </ul> <p>Preferred: </p><ul><li>Professional certification in a related nursing specialty (Nursing Administration) </li><li>ACLS certification </li> </ul> Acts on behalf of the Directors of Nursing, Nurse Managers, and hospital administrators in dealing with Nursing and operational issues by facilitating communication and problem-solving and by providing guidance, direction, education, and support to the nursing employees while observing, assessing and evaluation the quality of care provided for patients. </p><p>United Health Services Job ID #R .
