Job description
<h5>Roles and Responsibilities </h5>

<li>Own the Salesforce platform architecture, configuration, and long-term roadmap. </li>
<li>Design and implement scalable solutions within Salesforce Service Cloud. </li>
<li>Build and maintain automation using Flow and declarative tools. </li>
<li>Manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems, including HR platforms. </li>
<li>Act as both technical architect and hands-on administrator. </li>
<li>Define and enforce governance, security, and compliance standards. </li>
<li>Evaluate vendor solutions and drive platform decisions. </li>
<li>Ensure platform stability, performance, and continuous improvement. </li>
</ul>
<h5>Required Qualifications </h5>
<ul data-spread="false">
<li>Strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud. </li>
<li>Proven ability to own and manage the Salesforce platform end-to-end. </li>
<li>Hands-on experience with Flow automation and declarative development. </li>
<li>Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems (including HR platforms such as Workday). </li>
<li>Background in HR Service Cloud or Employee Experience implementations. </li>
<li>Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, governance, and SOX compliance controls. </li>
<li>Ability to operate in both architect and administrator capacities. </li>
<li>Experience working with vendors and influencing platform strategy. </li>
</ul>
<h5>Preferred Qualifications </h5>
<ul data-spread="false">
<li>Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, Service Cloud Consultant or Architect-level credentials). </li>
<li>Experience in enterprise-scale Salesforce environments. </li>
<li>Strong understanding of integration patterns and middleware tools. </li>
