Job description
<h5>Core Responsibilities </h5>

<li>Develop clean, maintainable, reusable, and efficient Ruby on Rails code. </li>
<li>Design and build RESTful APIs following industry standards. </li>
<li>Implement unit and integration testing with adequate coverage for all features. </li>
<li>Understand end-to-end web application behavior, including performance under load. </li>
<li>Apply strong software engineering and system design principles. </li>
<li>Work in an Agile development environment and contribute to iterative delivery cycles. </li>
</ul>
<h5>Required Skills & Experience </h5>
<ul data-spread="false">
<li>Strong hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails. </li>
<li>Experience building and consuming APIs. </li>
<li>Proficiency in PostgreSQL or similar relational databases. </li>
<li>Strong SQL skills including schema design, indexing, and query optimization. </li>
<li>Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. </li>
<li>Experience with Git-based version control (GitHub preferred). </li>
</ul>
<h5>Mandatory Skills </h5>
<ul data-spread="false">
<li>Ruby on Rails (RoR) </li>
<li>Azure Functions </li>
<li>GitHub Copilot </li>
</ul>
<h5>Preferred Knowledge </h5>
<ul data-spread="false">
<li>Test frameworks for Ruby (RSpec or equivalent). </li>
<li>Performance optimization and scalable application design. </li>
<li>Familiarity with modern web application architecture and cloud-based deployments. </li>
</ul>
