SailPoint DevOps Engineer

<p >We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in GitLab CI/CD, cloud-native tooling, and containerized environments to design, build, and maintain scalable automation pipelines and deployment systems. </p> <h5><strong>Key Responsibilities </strong> </h5> <ul data-spread="false"> <li >Design, develop, and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment workflows. </li> <li >Configure and manage GitLab runners (shared and self-hosted) across multiple environments. </li> <li >Optimize CI/CD pipelines for performance, including caching strategies and parallel execution. </li> <li >Integrate GitLab with enterprise tools such as SonarQube, Nexus/Artifactory, JFrog, Terraform, and Kubernetes. </li> <li >Support migration of on-prem GitLab pipelines to GitLab SaaS with minimal disruption and improved efficiency. </li> <li >Implement variable-driven deployment strategies for multi-environment and scalable deployments. </li> <li >Manage Git-based source control, including branching strategies (GitFlow, trunk-based development), merge requests, and code reviews. </li> <li >Develop automation scripts using Bash, Python, or Shell to streamline operational tasks. </li> <li >Support containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes. </li> </ul> <h5><strong>Required Skills & Experience </strong> </h5> <ul data-spread="false"> <li >8–10 years of experience in DevOps or related engineering roles. </li> <li >Strong hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD (SaaS and on-prem). </li> <li >Proficiency in Git version control and branching strategies. </li> <li >Experience with Docker and Kubernetes. </li> <li >Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or Shell. </li> <li >Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. </li> </ul>
