Senior Analyst – Digital Optimization

Job description
<h5><strong>Responsibilities </strong> </h5>

<li >Measure and evaluate digital experiments, campaigns, and optimization initiatives, translating results into clear, actionable business insights. </li>
<li >Identify opportunities for digital experience optimization through data analysis, customer behavior insights, and hypothesis development. </li>
<li >Design and support experimentation frameworks to validate business and customer experience hypotheses. </li>
<li >Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to solve customer and digital channel challenges using research, analytics, and data science methodologies. </li>
<li >Develop recommendations that improve digital channel performance, customer engagement, and conversion outcomes. </li>
<li >Present findings, trends, and strategic recommendations to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. </li>
<li >Collaborate with Product, UX, Engineering, and QA teams to ensure accurate data collection, experiment implementation, and measurement integrity. </li>
<li >Promote best practices in digital analytics, experimentation, and optimization across teams. </li>
</ul>
<h5><strong>Required Qualifications </strong> </h5>
<h6><strong>Digital Analytics & Customer Behavior Analysis </strong> </h6>

<li >3+ years of experience analyzing digital customer behavior and performance metrics. </li>
<li >Strong ability to identify actionable insights from large datasets. </li>
</ul>
<h6><strong>Experimentation & Test Design </strong> </h6>
<ul data-spread="false">
<li >3+ years of experience designing, executing, and evaluating A/B tests and other experimentation methodologies. </li>
<li >Experience developing hypotheses and measuring experiment outcomes. </li>
</ul>
<h6><strong>Technical Skills </strong> </h6>
<ul data-spread="false">
<li >3+ years of hands-on experience with:
<ul data-spread="false">
<li >Google Analytics </li>
<li >BigQuery </li>
<li >SQL </li>
<li >Quantum Metric </li>
<li >Tableau </li>
</ul>
</li>
<li >Strong analytical, statistical, and data visualization capabilities. </li>
</ul>
<h5><strong>Preferred Qualifications </strong> </h5>

<li >Experience with website and mobile application analytics. </li>
<li >Familiarity with UX research methods and customer journey analysis. </li>
<li >Experience in eCommerce, digital marketing analytics, or conversion rate optimization. </li>
<li >Knowledge of experimentation platforms such as Optimizely, Adobe Target, or similar tools. </li>
<li >Experience working in agile product development environments. </li>
