Senior BI Developer / Business Intelligence Analyst

<h5>Primary Responsibilities </h5> <p>Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics solutions. </p> <p>Gather business requirements and translate them into actionable insights and reporting solutions. </p> <p>Design data models, semantic layers, and KPI frameworks. </p> <p>Perform exploratory data analysis and provide data-driven recommendations. </p> <p>Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define metrics and reporting standards. </p> <p>Support data integration, ETL/ELT processes, and analytics best practices. </p> <h5>Required Qualifications </h5> <p>Strong experience with Tableau and/or Power BI. </p> <p>Advanced SQL skills for data analysis and reporting. </p> <p>Expertise in data modeling (star schema, semantic models). </p> <p>Experience with ETL/ELT processes and data warehousing concepts. </p> <p>Strong business requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills. </p> <p>Experience defining KPIs, metrics, and performance dashboards. </p> <p>Strong analytical, communication, and data storytelling abilities. </p> <h5>Preferred Qualifications </h5> <p>Python for analytics and automation. </p> <p>Forecasting, predictive analytics, or light machine learning experience. </p> <p>Experience with Snowflake, AWS, or Azure. </p> <p>Knowledge of data governance and data quality frameworks. </p> <p>Experience building or scaling analytics functions and BI programs. </p>
