Senior UI/UX Engineer

This role requires deep expertise in Java-based systems, backend services, APIs, and database technologies, along with an eye for building intuitive and high-quality user experiences. </p> <h5 data-section-id="1xmbd3v" data-start="495" data-end="521">Core Responsibilities </h5> <ul data-start="522" data-end="1257"> <li >Design and develop scalable enterprise-grade applications with a strong focus on performance, usability, and maintainability </li> <li >Build and maintain backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot </li> <li >Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate requirements into functional, responsive, and user-friendly applications </li> <li >Develop and integrate RESTful APIs to support front-end and system interactions </li> <li >Optimize application performance across frontend-backend-data layers </li> <li >Work on database design, queries, and optimization for large-scale systems </li> <li >Participate in CI/CD pipeline implementation and release management </li> <li >Ensure code quality through best practices in development, testing, and version control </li> </ul> <h5 data-section-id="xbvyfd" data-start="1264" data-end="1302">Required Qualifications & Skills </h5> <ul data-start="1303" data-end="1927"> <li >6–8 years of professional experience in software development or related engineering roles </li> <li >Strong hands-on experience with Java (JDK 17 or above) </li> <li >Deep expertise in Spring Boot framework and backend development </li> <li >Proven experience in building and consuming REST APIs </li> <li >Strong understanding of CI/CD tools and processes, including: <ul data-start="1668" data-end="1730"> <li >Git </li> <li >Jenkins </li> <li >Maven </li> <li >JaCoCo (code coverage) </li> </ul> </li> <li >Strong database expertise with SQL and PL/SQL </li> <li >Experience with Oracle and/or Snowflake databases (preferred) </li> <li >Exposure to reporting tools and data visualization/reporting systems </li> </ul> <h5 data-section-id="66ops1" data-start="1934" data-end="1956">Preferred Skills </h5> <ul data-start="1957" data-end="2301"> <li >Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centric design thinking </li> <li >Experience working in enterprise-scale, distributed systems </li> <li >Ability to bridge frontend UX requirements with backend engineering implementation </li> <li >Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail </li> <li >Experience working in Agile development environments </li> </ul>
