<p>
<p >We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join the ServiceNow Platform Team and support key enterprise initiatives. The role primarily focuses on platform development and enhancements, with a strong emphasis on merger convergence activities and ongoing platform security and compliance. </p>
<h5 data-start="351" data-end="376">Primary Responsibilities: </h5>
<ul data-start="377" data-end="1334">
<li >Work as part of the ServiceNow Platform Team to design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform. </li>
<li >Support enterprise-level initiatives, including platform integration and convergence efforts related to organizational transformation programs. </li>
<li >Contribute to platform consolidation and alignment activities during merger and acquisition transitions. </li>
<li >Execute annual ServiceNow platform vulnerability upgrades and ensure timely patching and version updates. </li>
<li >Ensure platform compliance with internal security policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. </li>
<li >Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions. </li>
<li >Develop and maintain ServiceNow modules, workflows, and integrations. </li>
<li >Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, ensuring high availability and performance. </li>
<li >Participate in code reviews, release management, and deployment activities. </li>
</ul>
<h5 data-start="1336" data-end="1369">Required Skills & Experience: </h5>
<ul data-start="1370" data-end="1826">
<li >Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration. </li>
<li >Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and ITSM processes. </li>
<li >Experience in implementing upgrades, patches, and vulnerability fixes. </li>
<li >Knowledge of scripting in ServiceNow (JavaScript, Glide APIs). </li>
<li >Experience in integration using REST/SOAP APIs. </li>
<li >Understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise service management. </li>
<li >Strong problem-solving and communication skills. </li>
</ul>
<h5 data-start="1828" data-end="1849">Preferred Skills: </h5>
<ul data-start="1850" data-end="2065">
<li >Experience in large-scale enterprise transformation or merger/convergence projects. </li>
<li >Exposure to ServiceNow security best practices and compliance frameworks. </li>
<li >ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD or equivalent). </li>
