line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">• Deliver and assist with the development of safety training as assigned per Cargill and Occupational Safety and Health Administer (OSHA) requirements through conducting training and track overall completion</p> <p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">• Track worksite analysis, pre and post worksite evaluation of ergonomic improvements to reduce ergonomic and other risk factors</p> <p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">•  Review, evaluate, safety incidents and drive accountability of closure on items</p> <p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">•  Spend majority of shift on the floor supporting training, onboarding, and departmental safety presence</p> <p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">•  Review employee documentation and support trainers with compliance and performance needs</p> <p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">•  Track leading indicators to reduce injuries, identify trends and potential actions for annual Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) plans</p> <p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">•  Ensure completion and accuracy of monthly plant inspections and assist supervisors to document and close safety related items identified during the inspections</p> <p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">•  Champion the behavioral based safety process and ensure that the program is robust and effectively used                                                                        </p> <p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt;
