Senior Finance Leader, Public Pension Fund

The Deputy Chief Financial Officer (DCFO) of the Employees’ Retirement Fund (ERF) provides high-level leadership in financial reporting, budgeting, accounting, internal controls, compliance, and fiscal stewardship of the Fund’s assets in Dallas. The role supports the CFO and ensures the integrity of all financial operations.

The candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred), a CPA in good standing, and at least 10 years in accounting/finance with 5 years in a supervisory capacity.
