Socket.dev is seeking an Software Engineer Manager to help grow the next generation of engineering talent and oversee critical tooling availability across product teams. You will collaborate with UX, engineering and product management to deliver secure, scalable software while ensuring quality and change control standards.

You will also lead automation of infrastructure, monitor systems, and develop dashboards and alerts.
