General Manager (08448) - 8127 Mulberry Avenue, Suite #101

Position: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Operate all equipment; stock ingredients from delivery area storage, work area, and walk-in cooler; prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders; take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

Training and Communication

• Orientation and training provided on the job.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions; ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.

Essential Functions / Skills

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
• Must be able to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Work Conditions

• Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing outside tasks.
• In-store temperatures range from 36 degrees in cooler to 90 degrees and above in some work areas; sudden temperature changes.
• Fumes from food odors; exposure to commercial dust; cramped quarters including walk-in cooler.
• Hot surfaces/tools from ovens up to 500 degrees or higher; sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

Sensing and Temperament

• Talking and hearing on telephone; near and mid-range vision; depth perception; ability to differentiate hot and cold surfaces.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet exact quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions.

Physical Demands

• Standing; average heights and walking surfaces; standing for most tasks.
• Walking on ceramic tile and linoleum; work surface heights generally between 36" and 48".
• Lifting/carrying: deliveries up to 60 pounds; trays and containers of various weights; carrying and moving items as described in original duties.
• Pushing/pulling, climbing stairs or ladders, stooping/bending, crouching/squatting, reaching above 72" as needed.

Tools, Equipment, and Work Aids

• Use of pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, pizza cutter, pizza peel, and related items as part of duties.

Additional Job Details

• Job duties may include delivering product by car to customers and distributing marketing materials such as flyers or door hangers.
• Valid Driver License with a safe driving record meeting company standards; access to an insured vehicle for delivery.
• Essential skills include navigational ability to read maps and locate addresses within designated delivery areas; ability to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings and other delivery sites while carrying product.
• Physical delivery tasks: carrying pizzas, sides, and beverages; driving within a designated delivery area; walking between store, vehicle, and customer locations; possible multiple deliveries per shift; navigating stairs during delivery.
