General Manager - Dining Leadership & Guest Experience

Parkhurst Dining, a brand of Eat’n Park Hospitality Group, is seeking a General Manager 2 in our Kentucky unit. You’ll lead the dining service department, plan, organize, and direct all activities to meet quality, service, and cost goals, managing a unit with $3.51M-$7M in annual revenue.

You’ll coach the management team, own recruiting and retention for hourly staff, partner with the district manager on staffing, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while upholding Parkhurst standards.
